Red Huskies and FairPlay Labradors is excited to co-host a weekend of nose work workshops with Garrett Dyer!

Location:
Tuckahoe Steam and Gas

Easton, MD

Each day will be split into 2 workshops, each appropriate to the team’s level of training. Each workshop will focus on strengthening the working relationship and communication between dog and handler through a range of challenging search scenarios with respect to the dogs level of training.  Each workshop will also feature particular challenges typically encountered at that level and how to introduce or hone the skills needed to perform at that level and introduce concepts at the handler’s next level.

Teams can register for any or all workshops.  Search scenarios and discussions will vary between workshops and will cater to the workshop level’s experience..

Saturday Morning: NW1, NW2, and NW3 teams
Saturday Afternoon: NW3, Elite and SMT teams
Sunday Morning: NW3 and teams preparing for Elite
Sunday Afternoon: Elite and SMT teams

If a session you are interested is full, it is OK to register for a higher/lower session and we will accommodate you in the run order for your level. You do not need to worry about registering for a level that is beyond your training scope. Garrett will adjust.

Each session may cover a similar concept but tweaked for the session’s level. For instance, more hides may be added or more search area added as the difficulty in level rises.
